Terms & Conditions. This website is operated by CUPFREE FOODSTUFF TRADING L.L.C. We are a company registered in Dubai. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CUPFREE. CUPFREE reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the site.

Processing and Delivery your order will take 3 working days.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday (9 am – 6 pm).

All orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will only begin being processed on the next working day.

CUPFREE reserves the right to change the pricing of our products at any time and without notice.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept payments via cash on delivery in AED.

DELIVERY RATES

Processing and Delivery your order may take up to 3 working days.

Standard Delivery Rates are AED 16 within the UAE.

We are only delivering within the UAE at this time.

REFUND POLICY

There is no refunds.

All our items are checked for quality before sale or shipment. We apologize for any product that is unsatisfactory, and we will replace any product that does not meet OUR quality standards. If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact Cupfree on info@cupfree-uae.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
